How Do You Zico?

Hey Everyone!

Last month’s inaugural GoHHGo Giveaway received a great amount of participation and we saw LA Tri Clubber, Roy Silver, run away with a brand new pair of Kwicky Blade Lights!!

Let’s keep this party rolling! The June GoHHGo Giveaway is a CASE of the critically acclaimed ZICO CHOCOLATE FLAVORED COCONUT WATER for not one but TWO lucky GoHHGo fans!!! Examiner.com recently exclaimed, chocolate and coconut “a match made in heaven”.


This month, I’ll make it easy for all of you – simply tell me your favorite Zico flavor and how you like to replenish and your name will be entered in the drawing for a case! Like last month, if you become a fan of my page, Henry Hagenbuch Triathlete – GoHHGo, then your name will be entered twice!

  2. I agree with JP, pina tropicale takes the cake. I particularly enjoy drinking it after a long day of boozing pool side in order to gear up for the evening activities. I believe you taught me that one in Vegas ;)

  3. Chocolate Zico is outright the best flavor! I'm obsessed, just still a little hard to find in most stores :( I try to always have 1 post workout & in the cooler and the beach.

  4. I LOVE Chocolate ZICO! I use it for my workouts, and then as a recovery drink I add protein powder and L-Glutamine and shake it up. Yummy!!!

  8. I've only ever tried the original flavor of Zico. But my favorite way to replenish after a run is ice in a blender with milk and chocolate sauce. It's a chocolate icee woo...I wonder how that would taste with Zico. Hahaha

  9. I used to like the lima citron best, but since you came out with the chocolate, I can't even see the other flavors (as delish as I know them to be). The chocoholic within will not permit it.
    I drink it straight after a Bikram yoga double!!!

  11. Pina Tropicale is my fav. My favorite way to replenish is to throw a bottle in my freezer pre-run or pre-ride so when I'm done, it's super cold! Living in Arizona, I need all the help I can get to cool down in this crazy summer heat!

  12. Chocolate Zico is THE BEST flavor!! Tastes just like a chocolate milkshake minus the fat and calories! I drink it as a treat during my diet and sometimes mix it in a blender with half a banana and protein powder for after a workout.

  14. I love the Pomberry. it's so yummy. I replenish by eating lots of whole foods and drinking plenty of water after workouts.

  15. I like Chocolate Zico after a tri workout. Tastes great, and a nice alternative to chocolate milk which doesn't always agree with the stomach : /

  16. Zico original is my fav. I drink before and after my runs & rides. It perks me up in the morning to get me out the door. Would loveee to try chocolate!

  17. I love the mango and chocolate... But mostly drink the chocolate one before, during and after I run as I am training for a marathon in August and October.

  18. I love Zico original, I drink it every day while working as a sea turtle biologist. Zico keeps me alert and energized to find and protect sea turtle nests even in the summer heat in Florida.

  20. ZICO is one of the most incredible, refreshing drinks out there. I LOVE the NATURAL. But have to say, since coconut and chocolate are 2 of my most fave things in the world, will have to try the CHOCOLATE ZICO!!! Can't wait! best hydration drink out there!

  24. Chocolate is the best, it is like having a fabulous treat with your workout. I bust it open during my run it helps me keep hydrated, great stuff.

  30. I like Zico Original, its very good! I enjoy drinking Zico during my workouts that way I feel great the whole time! We also pack them in the cooler when we're at the beach! Zico is the perfect drink for the beach!!

  35. lima citron is definitely the best. i drink one right after I run as I'm stretching down. It cools me off, makes me feel refreshed, and replenishes me for my core/ab routine.

  36. Chocolate is my favorite! Love to blend it up with protein powder, milk and ice for a post workout smoothie! If I am working out at lunch is a chocolate one too go!
